We offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the sample meets your expectations, with adjustments made to fit, design, or materials as needed.

Sample lead times typically range from 7–14 days, depending on design complexity and customization requirements. For urgent requests, expedited sample services are available to meet tight deadlines. Please note that sample fees apply, which can be credited back to your bulk order once production is confirmed. This policy ensures we maintain the same high quality for both samples and large-scale orders.
